HOTEL POLICIES

How do I request an early check-in or late check out?

A reservations agent can make note of your request for early check in or late check out at the time of booking. Guests can also inquire at the time of check in. All requests are subject to hotel availability. Late check out may incur a charge depending on time of departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one nights rate room plus tax.

Is there an extra person charge for my room?

All room rates include two adults. Additional adults may be added if the room capacity allows for $25 per adult per night plus taxes and fees. Children 17 and under are free.

Why is there a pre-authorization charge on my credit card?

Your credit card may be pre-authorized to confirm it is valid to hold the reservation. No money is taken from your credit card; however, it will show as a pending transaction. This authorization will last the length of your stay and it will take up to five days after your departure to be released.

Does the hotel have a cot or crib for families travelling with children?

Cribs and playpens are available complimentary and can be requested at the time of check in. Cots are also available for the cost of $20 plus taxes & fees per night.

Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

Guests must be 18 years or older with a valid credit card at the time of check in. Guests without a valid credit card who wish to pay cash must be 21 years or older.

Yes, for your safety, all personal information including your credit card number are secure.

How do I indicate a special request when booking my reservation?

Guests can let the reservations agent know about any special requests they have at the time of booking. If booking online, guests can add any special requests on the guest information form before completing their reservation.

Can I cancel or change a reservation once it is made?

Yes, you may cancel a reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

What happens if I forget to cancel my reservation?

Reservations that are not canceled 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a charge of the first night’s rate plus tax.

What airports are nearby?

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is approximately 39km (24 miles) away from the hotel. The Toronto Pearson International Airport is located approximately 121 km (75 miles) away from the hotel.

What transportation methods are there to get around in Niagara Falls?

WEGO is a fully accessible shuttle service that picks up guests directly in front of the hotel and connects them to the Falls, Clifton Hill, the casinos and more. Private transportation is also available through Elite Tours. For more information, please visit our transportation page.

How close to the waterfalls is the hotel?

Our hotel is 100 yards from the brink of Niagara Falls. Guests can walk to the Falls in approximately ten minutes or use the Incline Railway located directly behind the hotel which will bring guests right to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

When are the falls illumination?

The Falls are illuminated at dusk every night of the year. For the full schedule, please visit or illumination schedule.

Are there fireworks over Niagara Falls?

Which border is closest to the hotel?

The Rainbow Bridge is the closet border crossing to the hotel connecting Niagara Falls, Ontario to Niagara Falls, New York.

What is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.

Does the hotel have a pool?

Yes, there is an indoor heated pool and two whirlpools on the 9th floor.

Is smoking permitted in the hotel?

No, our hotel is 100% smoke free.

Is the hotel accessible and compliant?

Yes, our hotel is accessible. All parking, elevators and hotel access are fully accessible. Accessible rooms are also available with grab bars in shower and by toilet, lower peep hole, raised toilet seat, handheld shower and roll in shower.

Does the hotel charge extra fees or a facility fee?

Yes, the hotel charges a 12% Daily Mandatory Charge.

Does the hotel charge a deposit for security or incidentals?

Yes, at the time of check in, an additional authorization will be made on the credit card provided to cover a security deposit. Guests are required to leave a $200 deposit per night which will be returned at check-out.

Does the hotel allow outside food delivery from area restaurants?

Yes, you may provide food delivery service your room number or instruct them to meet you in the lobby. The Front Desk will not provide food delivery services to your room number.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel offers an off-site park and ride service for $35 CDN, on-site self parking for $70 CDN and full valet service for $100 CDN. All parking options are charged per night and are plus taxes and fees.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

No, the hotel is not pet friendly. Service animals only.

Does the hotel arrange airport transfers or shuttles?

No, the hotel does not arrange airport transportation.

Does the hotel have WI-FI?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms for a charge of $9.95 CDN plus taxes and fees each day.

Is Breakfast included?

We know that there's nothing better than a delicious, home-cooked breakfast. That's why we offer complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast at our hotel with a wide selection of hot and cold items, including cereal, yogurt, fruit and made-to-order eggs. Open daily from 6:30-9:30am.

What is the Evening Reception?

The Evening Reception is exclusive to the Embassy Suites brand. At this complimentary event, guests enjoy two drinks and light appetizers. Offering a variety of beer, wine, and spirits, the Evening Reception is the perfect way to end the day or start the night with friends and family.

Yes, our hotel offers complimentary access to computers and a printer. Open 24 hours a day for your convenience.
